2026 Library Renovation
The Tewksbury Township Library in historic Oldwick, NJ is restoring its 217-year-old building, with construction beginning in October 2026. Thanks to community generosity and a $430,213 matching grant from the New Jersey Historic Trust, Phases 1 and 2 are fully funded. We are still raising funds for Phase 3, which will improve the form and function of the library’s interior. Preserving our historic library building isn’t just about maintaining bricks and mortar; it’s about safeguarding our cultural heritage and ensuring future generations have access to knowledge and community resources.
