Imaginaction! Comics and Cartooning w/ Dan Rosa

Join us for a fun creative time hosted by a professional illustrator as you create a character and incorporate them into your own short comic. You will learn how to bring your character to life, brainstorm a unique idea or situation for them and plan how to draw it as a comic strip or page using camera angles and panels.Open to all skill levels. The session is focused on your idea, bringing that
to life on a page and having fun together. If you already have a character you love you can use them! Your comic can be funny, dramatic, action packed etc… Any style – Manga/Anime, Superhero, Newspaper strip, based on your favorite cartoon etc… If you need an idea the group can collaborate and inspire each other. A great hand out with reference material to take home and keep making
comics. Art materials provided.

Registration is required, $5.00/session fee
